I practice what is known as Usui / Holy Fire III Intuitive Reiki, which is a potent form of energy healing that promotes rest, relaxation and overall wellness. During a Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki session, you are laying fully clothed on a massage table while I call on this spiritual life force energy to move through your body, cleansing each of your Chakras. This healing clears any stuck or stagnant energy from your system and activates your most authentic self. Reiki healing can elicit both a physical and an emotional cleanse over the next 24-48 hours.

Do you have any experience with Reiki Healing??

Do you have any medical conditions chronic or acute? (ie surgeries, pregnancy, detached retina/glaucoma, asthma, panic attacks, lung conditions).

Are you taking strong medications (ie cancer, blood pressure, stroke/seizures) or experience dissociative behaviours (ie schizophrenia, bipolar, depression)?

Do you have any allergies? Please include scents, food, outdoor allergies etc...
