At Rooted + Wild Wellness, Amy’s approach to Breathwork is deeply influenced by the natural world. Our sessions take place in a studio that vibrates with the energy of the surrounding forest, fostering a deep connection to nature.
Each session is intuitively led, tailored to the unique energies of the individual or group. You'll lie down on a comfortable yoga mat, surrounded by blankets and pillows, creating a sense of being held and supported. Sessions typically last about one hour and 45 minutes for private sessions and two hours for group sessions, allowing ample time for breathwork, journaling, and integration.
We close each session with a refreshing drink and a simple grounding snack, helping you transition back into your human experience. After your session, we encourage gentle self-care to integrate the shifts created through your breath. Take a cleansing shower or bath, drink plenty of water, and focus on gentle activities. This is your ultimate permission slip to pamper yourself and embrace the new energy you've cultivated.

During the 60-minute session (80 minutes for the initial experience), Amy will gently place her hands on or above different energy centers of your body. You may experience various sensations—hot, cold, tingling, or emotional releases like tears or laughter. Many find themselves drifting into a restful sleep, a state where deep healing occurs.
Each session concludes with a refreshing drink and a simple grounding snack to bring you back into your body and awaken your senses. Post-session, it is essential to recognize the shift in your energy.
